Consignment Drop Offs

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are currently ONLY accepting appointments at this time. We have had to revise how we take in items for the safety of our employees and our patrons. 

Bringing in your items

  • You will need to schedule an appointment to bring your items in for us to consider

  • To better serve our community, we release appointments only for the upcoming week every Monday morning around 10am

  • Appointments are on a first come, first served basis and we never schedule more than 7 days out

  • You can bring in ONE plastic tote or TWO standard sized reusable bags, plus any bigger items from our wish list 

  • Pre-owned items need to be freshly laundered

  • Please only pack your BEST items with NO stains or signs of major wear

  • We are currently taking FALL & Winter items (Please no dressy holiday wear, swimsuits, etc.) 

  • Shoes need to be wiped clean and have no major wear on soles or inside of foot beds

  • Toys need to have all their pieces and must be wiped down and have working batteries

  • We are only taking items that fit within the categories on our online store - so please don't be sad if we can't take certain items that we used to take

  • You can hang out while we go through your items and take back anything we don't accept

  • Please wear your mask in store and practice social distancing

Processing Items 

  • Items will be quarantined in a designated area in our store for 24 hours after we go through them

  • After the 24 hour period, we will process your items to your account if you chose the consignment option

  • That's it! Easy peasy!

Bringing in bigger items & equipment

  • We are currently limiting the amount of bigger equipment items. It's not rotating as fast and we are tight on space, So for now, we can only take in items that are on our wish list, which can be found on the main page of our website.
